Buses leave from the Pulmitan Bus Terminal every half hour from 6 am to 8 pm both ways. This bus does not pass the Liberia Airport. Only buses leaving the Municipal station pass the airport.
Liberia to Hermosa (1hr) ($4)
Buses headed for Hermosa Beach in the Golfo de Papagayo leave from Liberia Municipal Bus Terminal and may also pass the airport on the way to pick up passengers. Here are the bus times we found for this route: 7:30 am, 8:40 am, 9:30 am, 11:30 am, 1:00 pm, 3:30 pm, and 5:30 pm.
