What's included ?
01. Transportation
We offer student transportation To and from Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) to Villas Jacquelina in Quepos.
We will help you organize this when we confirm your position.
02. Accomodations
The Villas Jacquelina tree-house-style accommodation provides an exciting and comfortable option for students who want to rest comfortably after hard hours of studying. Students can choose from a shared room, a private room, or a premium private room.
03. Two meals per day
We will provide two delicious and healthy daily meals, prepared from fresh and local ingredients. You will receive breakfast at the hotel before starting your day and lunch at De La Finca restaurant when you return from your working day. For dinner, we encourage you to taste the flavors of the local restaurants, you can also use our shared kitchen to prepare meals. We can take into account all dietary restrictions and varieties.
About the Spanish Classes in Costa Rica
Our classes
Our classes offer you a personalized approach to learning the Spanish language in an effective and fun way. Our program can be adapted to all levels, from beginners to advanced. Our lessons focus on developing your conversation, listening, reading and writing skills. Classes are organized in a group setting with no more than five students per teacher and significant one-on-one instruction.
Small group Spanish classes start every Monday until Friday. Class schedules are available in the morning or in the afternoon, depending on the season. Classes will take place at Villas Jacquelina on their open-air terraces or in Jennifer's home classroom.
Location
Our Spanish immersion is based in Quepos and Manuel Antonio, a cherished destination in Costa Rica known for its rich biodiversity. Manuel Antonio is one of Costa Rica's most popular destinations. In this area, you will have direct access to beaches, hiking trails, waterfalls, adventure tours, and wildlife.
Villas Jacquelina, designed in a treehouse style, provides guests with a distinctive lodging experience that fosters a sense of community while respecting individual privacy. The hotel is located 2-kilometers from the center of Quepos, where you can find banks, restaurants, grocery stores, and their central bus station that will be a hub for all of Manuel Antonio and other popular cities on the southern pacific coast.

These classes are ideal for Spanish learners who want a more dynamic and cultural learning experience. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner in the language or if you already have previous knowledge, each lesson is adapted to your level and interests.
Our special teacher
Jennifer is a passionate Spanish teacher with 18 years of experience teaching Spanish as a second language. She had worked with students of various nationalities and levels, helping them achieve their language goals through dynamic and effective methods.
Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Education with an emphasis on Teaching Spanish Certification in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE).
Her pedagogical approach focuses on communication, using techniques based on real situations so that students can apply what they have learned in their daily lives. She believes in the importance of a positive learning environment and adapting lessons to each student's needs and goals. Jennifer works with a network of experienced Spanish teachers who will assist her as needed to ensure students meet their individual needs daily.
In addition to teaching the language, Jennifer is passionate about sharing Hispanic culture, especially Costa Rican. Therefore, she combines teaching Spanish with cultural activities such as cooking to give her students a complete immersion experience.

Our classes combine language learning with the cultural experience of Costa Rican cuisine. You will not only improve your Spanish, but you will also discover the culinary flavors and traditions of Costa Rica.
Practice Spanish while preparing traditional Costa Rican dishes. You will learn vocabulary related to cooking and useful expressions to get around in everyday life.
You will cook with Jennifer's classic recipes, such as empanadas, patacones, ceviche and much more. Jennifer will guide you step by step, explaining in Spanish and English if necessary. While you cook, you will discuss Costa Rican culture and customs, immersing you in the language and culture.
Classes are designed to be fun and pressure-free, where you can enjoy learning Spanish while having fun in the kitchen.
